Stories
"I love the class! I feel like I could do many variations of things and open up my body more at a comfortable pace. The corrections are really useful, especially questions like: where/if I feel tight - which help to know if I engage in the technique correctly or if we should do some variations to train other parts."
— Mabel
"The class is very beneficial to me. I feel relaxed and excited every time I join the class with Christine."
— Nam
"The class was done at a good pace, that is easy to follow. The step by step instructions to get to the pose was extremely helpful, and we appreciate the additional information of the benefits of the poses, which muscles are working, and how to make it most effective. The session was also very relaxing, the voice is soothing!"
— Ada
"I would definitely do this again! I loved the pace and Christine really made an effort to tailor the poses to my skill level."
— Roshni
"Love the online class! Before our session, Christine made sure I was fully prepared --covering everything from materials to setting the right mood and expectations, which made it easy to ease into the practice. During the class, I really appreciated the gentle reminders to breathe and relax; they helped me stay present and grounded throughout. Her explanations of the poses were clear and thoughtful, which not only made them easier to follow but also deepened my understanding and appreciation of the practice. Overall, it felt both supportive and intentional, making the experience really enjoyable and meaningful."

Questions
Not at all! All of Christine's classes are designed to welcome complete beginners. She started yoga in 2022 herself, so she truly meets you where you are — no judgment, no pressure.
Comfortable, stretchy clothes you can move in freely and confidently. For in-person sessions, bring your yoga mat, a small towel and water. For studio sessions, a mat is provided — but you're welcome to bring your own. All props are supplied.
Christine loves small group sessions - it allows everyone to be comfortable and allows her to provide enough attention for each person.
Sessions can be specified either to be East Coast Park (~15 min walk from Siglap MRT) and the Kallang Riverside Park area (~15 min walk from Lavender MRT). The short walk will be a good warm up. The exact meeting spot is shared upon booking confirmation. Both locations are accessible by MRT and bus. If you would like to do it in other green locations, please feel free to suggest.
If there is heavy rain or thunder, the session will be rescheduled at no extra charge. Your safety and comfort always come first. Christine will be in touch the evening before if weather looks uncertain.
This class is specifically for domestic helpers / household service workers in Singapore. Christine is Filipino herself and created this as a heartfelt way to give back to a community that gives so much. The small cost covers venue cost and Christine's transport.
These classes are intended for communities and NGOs whose members have an interest in yoga. If I am available and arrangements can be agreed upon, I would be glad to hold a session for your group.
For communities or organisations with limited means, this service is offered free of charge as my contribution to the community. If your group is in a position to offer financial support, any contribution is sincerely appreciated — it helps sustain my capacity to keep these sessions going.
Not yet since my schedule is not fixed and I'm just starting. Hopefully in the future, if there is more demand, I can offer this too.
I've always held space for my friends, holding it in the form of a yoga class is something I would gladly do as part of our friendship.
When I organize a class for other people, I'm not just showing up. I'm planning the sequence, preparing the space, supplementing with props, and continually investing in my own learning and training. The fee I charge is about respecting the time, effort, and care that goes into holding a proper class.
Christine completed her 200-hour Yoga Instructor Certification from Vyasa Yoga Singapore. She is fully transparent about still being on the journey of learning herself, continuing her own yoga education to deepen her practice and enrich the experience of her own students. She brings deep care and preparation to every session.
I encourage you to learn from experienced teachers. I have learned and continue to learn from great masters myself. What I offer is something different.
I offer a space that is intentional, respectful, and encouraging. I love holding classes that are balanced between calm and grounded challenge. I don't teach to impress, I teach to encourage.
